.NET Developer

Job Title: .NET Developer (Hybrid – Cork)

Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid Working)
Salary: €60,000 – €70,000

About the Role
A well-established organisation in the agricultural services sector is seeking a skilled .NET Developer to join its technology team. This role will focus on maintaining and enhancing core business systems while also providing operational support for critical applications used across the organisation.

You will work closely with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, optimise performance, and deliver improvements to existing platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for a developer who enjoys a mix of hands-on development and operational support within a stable, mission-critical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications built with .NET and C#

• Provide operational support for internal systems and applications

• Write and optimise SQL queries, procedures, and database structures

• Diagnose and resolve production issues in collaboration with internal teams

• Contribute to system improvements, performance optimisation, and stability

• Support deployment and ongoing maintenance of enterprise systems

Required Experience

• Strong experience with .NET and C# development

• Solid SQL/database development skills

• Experience providing application operational support in a production environment

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues

• Experience working within collaborative development teams

Nice to Have

• Experience with Angular for front-end development

• Exposure to Azure cloud services

• Familiarity with modern DevOps or CI/CD practices
